SESSION 1
COACHING
We plan out and magnetise your big vision for your retreat and we work on a strategy for creating impact and delivery. We talk through potential problems you are facing and I coach you through specific barriers you may have with your plan. We leave with an action plan of how to get started creating a framework for your retreat.
SESSION 2
MENTORING
This is where we hone in on your vision and offer practical actionable steps. I offer suggestions on how you can market your retreats , get visible and seen in a crowded marketplace, so that your ideal client can find you with ease. We find ways to build your skills and talk about the resources you may need and end with a plan of action for you to follow.
SESSION 3
COACHING
This is where we take a deeper dive into the barrier you face and how to overcome them. I offer valuable tools, specific for your area of growth, to aide in you to overcoming and thriving into your growth and expansion, so you feel more assured at holding space for many people at one time on retreat.
Polly is an amazing coach. She is incredibly intuitive, perceptive and gentle. I felt very safe with her and within the space she created for me. Before going to see her, my ideas were all over the place, but she helped me acknowledge what I need to do and how to get to where I wanted to go. In our sessions, I felt Polly really understood what I was trying to explain and helped me order my thoughts and nurture me to reach a resolution. Often going to a coaching session can be a little daunting but Polly is so knowledgeable and intuitive, I felt very relaxed. Polly is brilliant fun, full of joy and has an amazing energy!
