Before retreats, before wellness became an industry, Polly was already working at the intersection of story, culture and transformation.
Polly is a filmmaker and producer, creating award-level dramas and documentaries for: BBC, Film4, Channel 4 etc.
She even produced the BBC News rebrand and co-wrote the distinctive music!
After navigating a profound period of burnout and personal recalibration, Polly chose a radically different way of working.
Together with her partner, filmmaker and producer Shaun Treloar, she developed a retreat venue: Tilton House in Sussex, UK — offering immersive retreats before “wellness” was even a word. They didn’t follow a trend. They helped create the field.

He began his career as a filmmaker and producer at Saatchi & Saatchi, creating award-winning work that laid the foundations for a career driven by both craft and purpose. His work spans global campaigns for major international brands and acclaimed films for charitable and social impact organisations, including a particularly notable award-winning campaign for a disability rights charity, reflecting a deep commitment to work that contributes to cultural and social change. Shaun partners Polly in all business ventures and in life, bringing visionary creative direction, a sophisticated understanding of brand storytelling and positioning, a deep grasp of audience psychology, and a rare ability to translate ideas into compelling, resonant form.
